i've been working out, but i was completely submerged in thesis work for the past month.
i don't have time to post all the workouts, so i'll just post today's.
10 min run and deadlift warm up
21 135# deadlift
30 gh sit-ups
15 135# deadlift
20 gh sit-ups
9 135# deadlift
10 gh sit-ups
now that i've resurfaced long enough to post, it's time to dive back in.
