when i got to the gym today, i found out that my step aerobics class had been cancelled. then, i realized i had forgotten my sneakers, so i did....
3 rounds, untimed:
25 GHD sit-ups
25 back extensions
7 rounds:
10 pull ups
25 squats
14:41
pull ups were not done at full range of motion. this was deceptively hard.....
