i started with 65#, but changed to 55# during the first round when i realized that it was too heavy for push press. i did this workout in march when i was just starting crossfit. used 40# (10rnds). i don't know if i'll do this wo again, as it's hard to set a weight appropriate for deadlift *and* push press. i guess i could always use multiple bars, but the appeal of this wo for me was the use of a single bar.
