As many rounds as possible in 20 min:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
15 rounds plus 5 pull ups and 10 push ups

last time was 13+ rounds.
i did this workout at the new ultimate cf charlotte.
it was my first time in a cf gym--i'm actually pretty bewildered with
all these new equipments that i've heard/read about but never used.
walked around the gym with a 14lb kettlebell held over the head. 6 arm switches.
then did some core work
